  1. Take grated cabbage and ginger in a plate or a bowl.Now add green chillies,fresh coriander leaves,salt,cuminseeds, turmeric powder, redchilly powder,kashmiri redchilly powder, coriander powder and amchoor powder in it and mix them properly.
  2. Add 1tbsp of gram flour in it and knead it as dough by adding 1tsp of oil. Now grease your hands with oil and make small lemonsized balls (kofta)..
  3. Heat oil in a pan and now lower the flame and add balls in it and allow them to deep fry by turning after 2 minutes..
  4. On the other hand take 1 tbsp of oil in kadai and add cumin seeds and a pinch of asoeftida. After a minute add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.Now add grinded onion,tomato mixture and saute them or cover it for 2 minutes and stir until cooks or leaves oil..
  5. Add salt and other dry spices in it and saute for further 2 minutes.Add a glass of water or according to thickness of gravy and allow a boil..
  6. After a boil add koftas in it and fresh coriander leaves and cover it for 2 minutes as soon as boil came switch off the flame. Yummy cauliflower koftas are ready. Serve hot and enjoy with chappati or rice..
